It just asks for a restart saying that it needs restarting, but that's before this installation progress bar actually reaches the end. The actual step it gives up at is somewhere around here. If we upgrade the same type of machine with the 1903 iso it upgrades
My TS is just as default as SCCM created it: (I just disabled check readiness for upgrade as that step seemed to always fail despite the machine meeting all requirements inside that step. (Our SCCM is current branch console version 5.1902.1085.2600 site version is. SetupDiag doesn't give me anything useful either. The downlevel phase never actually starts, there is no blue screen covering the whole screen, just a normal task sequence progress window.Ĭan anyone tell me what logs I'm supposed to be looking for and where? (Official Microsoft documentation now just says the query the whole hard drive, but I don't even know what to query it for)
If I go back into Software Center it says that my OS upgrade TS installed successfully and I just can't find any errors. So I was trying out the OS Upgrade Packages, created a TS, deployed it to a machine, and, everything runs fine, it transfers all the files over, says it's installing, then says it needs a reboot which I click on (after it copies the boot.wim and install.wimįiles over and all of that), however, after it restarts, the machine is still on build 1803 and there are no errors.
